WebAnother super-easy fix, if all you want to do is avoid having your neighbourhoods turn into ghost towns, is to turn aging off for unplayed Sims in your game settings. This will make all the game-generated families become basically immortal, which might not be your thing if you like realistic gameplay, but it will keep your towns populated. WebEither the aging off function does not work as it supposed to, or a chance that they can still die from getting in a fight with fox "in the woods" is possible. It would be nice if the notifications would tell you why they died. Can't be of old age if the switch off works.
