But it does give dinos a breeding cooldown timer if you transfer them in a cryopod, just like if u transfer them normally. Further yet, it even calculated what the timer should be when released through calculation of time stored.

When the dinos are stored, you could see all their stats on the soul trap, including MATING READY. All my others dinos showed as mating ready once I stored em into the soul trap to recheck, but only those bloody wyverns.
WebMar 22, 2024 · I just released some animals from cryopods so I could start working on breeding again, and the animal came out of the cryopod with a mating cooldown of LITERALLY 3 MONTHS. Mating interval in the server settings is currently .05 Anybody know why they came out like this, or how I might fix them? WebMay 22, 2024 · The question is - how to make sure, mating timer is counting after transfer for cryopoded tames. Let me guess; you are playing non-dedicated/single-player, right? If so, then this happens because the map you transferred them at was younger than the one they originated from. Pretty much the same issue demonstrated there:

Also as an incentive to keeping dinos cryopodded. Why not cut the cooldown timer in half like the passive XP. Make it so that you only gain the bonus when in a cryofridge.
